We hope you're head-over-heels in love with your purchase. However, if you've changed your mind, we will gladly accept returns that are;
To start a return, please complete the short form below. We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Delivery fees for returns are payable by you, using the courier of your choice. However, we strongly advise that you obtain a 'proof of postage' receipt as we are only responsible for your package once we have received it.
Unfortunately, returns that do not meet our above policy may not be accepted. Similarly, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that greeting cards are not refundable.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know whether you're eligible for a refund within 10 working days. If approved, we will automatically process a refund to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, returns that do not meet our policy terms may not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Each order is packaged with love and care. We rarely get it wrong, but if we do, please let us know so we can make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and get in touch immediately if the purchase is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will investigate swiftly and let you know how we're going to fix it.
